1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EdgeScouts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EdgeScouts is a data analytics platform that identifies pricing discrepancies ("edges") between prediction markets (Polymarket) and reference data sources including sportsbook odds, weather forecasts, options pricing, derivatives data, and economic indicators. The Service provides informational data only.

3. Not Financial Advice

EdgeScouts does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice. All edge data, analysis, and alerts are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past edge performance does not guarantee future results. Edges represent statistical discrepancies, not guaranteed profits.

4. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Free Trial & Subscriptions

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full premium access. After the trial, your account reverts to the free tier unless you subscribe. Paid subscriptions (Basic, Pro) are billed monthly in cryptocurrency. All payments are non-refundable due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions.

6. Subscription Tiers

• Free Tier: Limited edge visibility, 3-hour refresh intervals
• Basic ($97/mo): Unlimited edges across all markets, 10-minute updates, trade links
• Pro ($297/mo): Everything in Basic plus Telegram alerts by category, private Discord alerts channel, and priority support

7. Payment

Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency (USDC, ETH, BTC, SOL, BNB) on supported networks (Base, Polygon, Ethereum). Payments are processed on-chain and are final once confirmed. Subscription periods are 30 days from the date of payment.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for partial months. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

9. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely edge data, EdgeScouts makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Data sources may experience delays, errors, or outages. Market prices can change rapidly. Always verify data independently before making trading decisions.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share premium edge data
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data (unless on an API plan)
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or free tier limits
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

11. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and data analysis methods are the intellectual property of EdgeScouts. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

EdgeScouts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall EdgeScouts be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses. Your total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 30 days.

13. Service Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, data source outages, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
